2007 Cabernet sauvignon Merlot

Bright ruby red colour. Classic Cabernet nose and palate with cassis, blackberries, blackcurrants and earthy characters of truffles and mushrooms. Soft tannin and great length.

Screwcap. 14% alc.


Clear crimson-red; while there are earthy/black olive nuances which run through the length of the wine, blackcurrant fruit is there to carry these influences; an elegant wine with all the components in balance.

2007 Chardonnay

Straw colour. A complex nose of peach and apricot with buttery notes and French oak. Intense, sweet and fruity palate with balanced oak and clean acid. Complex secondary characters lend a gentle buttery character.

Fragrant nectarine and grapefruit aromas lead into a vibrant, elegant fruit-driven palate, with a long, cleansing finish.

2007 Pinot noir

Plum red in colour. Highly varietal nose with strawberries, spices, French oak and violets. Bright fruity palate with strawberry and plum flavours, with integrated oak and soft tannins. Great length.

2006 Shiraz


Ruby Red. Ripe cherries and spicy white pepper on the complex nose and palate with support of French oak. Great length. Soft tannins.

2007 Semillon


Pale straw in colour. A complex nose with capsicum and asparagus notes combined with  lemon zest and flowers.  The palate is fruity with citrus and green sauvignon blanc like flavours, leading to a clean acid finish
